Okay, so this is a game to 21 points.  After appearing on the edges of town and scaring the snot out of nearby creatures, the goal is to flick the head off of them at your opponent.  You start off with each dragon landing on opposite sides of town terrifying anything there into the other player.  (For those races of less physical prowess, the use of a mallet of some sort is generally used.

#1.  No magical suggestioning or pets!  You can bribe, terrify (the preferred method) or even summon barriers to force your prey where you want them to go, but they have to move on their own 'loosely' free will.  This also means no picking up or throwing of beasties closer to where you want them.  You are allowed to nudge them in the right direction.  This may be highly frowned upon however, depending on what race is playing.

#2.  A boundary is discussed beforehand.  Any creature running for it's life that makes it outside the 'safe' zone are off limits to flicking or physical contact.  One point is deducted for each mob you are seen flicking, or physically moving back inside.  You can, however, heard them back in using other means.

#3.  To start the game, 10 points are awarded to which ever dragon has more mobs running in the opposite direction ten seconds after appearing (generally landing or coming from any sort of concealment).  Player's have to hold their spot for 30 seconds after revealing themselves.  You have to be cleaver, you might start off with a huge lead, but if you scare too many away you will have a hard time chasing down your ammo!  The Winner of this is concluded by players or a neutral party if present, and declared within the 30 second mark.  At this point the players are now free to run about and flick!  If a clearly terrified lead can not be decided, then there are no points awarded.

#4.  One point for each head flicked off that hits another player.  Three points if you get two heads to hit with one flicking action (can use multiple fingers).

#5.  Minus One point for each creature's body (more then half it's rib cage still attached to the head) you fling that does not land/pass at least 10 feet from an opponent.  This represents complete tactical failure and is the main focus for teasing and harassment in dragon circles.

When a player reaches 21 points he shouts VICTORY! or something along that line.  From there the winner is given ownership of all belongings in the previously occupied den/camp/village including the previous residence.  Though it is sometimes a bit tricky tracking them down after the game.  Most 'Flick' matches are played for ownership of large area's of land, recently discovered magical items, just for fun, or any other dispute that can and WILL come up among the larger races.
